He was thorough explaining life insurance policies and assisting me in select the policy that would work best for both my needs and finances. "Crazy good customer service. Any time I text I get immediate response (saved me a speeding ticket when I didn’t have proof of insurance in my car - they immediately texted it). Claims are done so clean and fast. Reviews policies every year to make sure you’re covered and efficient. We came over from a brokerage that would outsource the coverage to a third party, and would highly recommend switching if you’re doing that, even if it costs a little more it’s well worth not having any headaches!"
